Sydney in summer is the place to be. The endless array of beaches combined with the amazing food scene, fuse for a perfect summer experience. We think of this brand as something that reflects what we love doing at the time. Hence, we thought we'd use this journal entry to provide an insight into our summer experience, the places we go and what we've been up to in the past few months.
Beaches in Sydney are everywhere. It would be easy to list every one, however we're going to try summarise it down to a few staples:
- Redleaf Beach
- Gordons Bay
- Clovelly Beach
- Bronte Beach
- Camp Cove Beach
- Parsley Bay
- Milk Beach
- Balmoral Beach
FOOD GUIDE
BARS AND RESTAURANTS
NO. 92
We can't stress enough how much we love this place. The best cocktails. Vibey courtyard space. One of our all time favourites.
10 WILLIAMS STREET
Small wine bar in a terrace house in Paddington. Great late afternoon location to wine and dine. Elegant cocktails in a vibrant, intimate space.
HUBERTS
Huberts is a Sydney staple. A underground, vintage French restaurant with live jazz in the main dining room. A luxury dining experience characterised by an extensive wine list and French cuisine staples. We highly recommend going during Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm every day for half price drinks and food!
ACE HOTEL & KILN
The downstairs bar of Ace Hotel has been a favourite of ours. Great buzzing atmosphere touched up with artworks from local artists. Great location for a drink in the city or before going up to the restaurant Kiln.
Kiln is located in Ace Hotel, residing on the 18th floor. The restaurant focuses on fresh seafood with a great wine list that goes hand in hand. Kiln has the wow factor. Great for special occasions and guaranteed to make a good impression.
OXFORD HOUSE HOTEL
A relatively new rooftop bar located on Oxford Street in Paddington. Oxford House has to be the perfect summer location. Great for a midday lunch and cocktails, or for a sunset wine and dine. Must go while the weather is good.
