SHIPPING

Shipping costs?

We offer free domestic shipping on Australian orders over $100. For orders under $100, there will be a flat fee of $10 and $15 for express.

We now ship to New Zealand! For orders under $100, there will be a flat fee of $15 and $20 for express.

NOTE: As of right now we only offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. However, our goal is to make international shipping available soon. 

How long will shipping take?

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. You order will be delivered and packed within a day of purchasing. 

Domestic standard orders will be delivered with 3-5 days depending on the location.

Domestic express orders will be delivered in 1-2 days.

To New Zealand:

Standard orders are expected to take 5-12 days, and express orders 3-7 days.

 

Tracking you order

You will receive a tracking number upon delivery, so you can track your order. This will be sent by foundcosydney@gmail.com

Unfortunately delays by shipping couriers, credit card verification and other external factors are outside of our control.

 

Information needed:

To make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, please ensure that:

- You provide a contact telephone number

- Your shipping address is correct and complete

- You use the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns Policy:

NOTE: Please check our size guide and items before making a purchase to ensure the best fit/correct item for you.

We offer returns within strictly 14 days from the day you receive your order. The items should be unworn, new condition with all tags attached

Must be returned with customer name and order number provided (this ensures we can process the order correctly).

Submitting a return:

Please contact our team at foundcosydney@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you in processing a return. 

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Products outside of this return limit WILL NOT be accepted. Items must be returned unworn, new condition, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Process:

Email foundcosydney@gmail.com with the detail of your order, including the style/size of purchase and the order number. Please indicate reason for the return and the style/size of desired replacement. 

It's important to note that due to limited quantity of our products it is not a guarantee that a size can be swapped out for another size. Please ensure careful assessment of our product guide before purchasing.

PURCHASING AND CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION

Found products are available for purchase in limited amounts through our website. We recommend following our Instagram and subscribing to our mailing list for updates on new drops and early releases on our products.

We accept payments through:

- Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, VISA

Checkout Confirmation:

Items are successfully purchasesd when you are directed to the confirmation page on our website and receive a confirmation via email (please ensure that the correct email is provided).

It's important to note that our website allocates stock to the first person who completes payments at check out.

PRODUCT CARE AND SIZE GUIDES

Product care:

Please follow these steps to ensure your product maintain their condition:

Wash inside out

- Wash with similar colours

- Machine wash on cold and gentle cycle only

- Air dry in shade

DO NOT:

- Iron directly over puff print or graphic prints 

- Tumble dry

- Bleach or use strong detergents

INCORRECT/ISSUES WITH ORDERS

Incorrect/issues with orders?

If you have any issues with incorrect sizing, colours or items please notify us through foundcosydney@gmail.com with your name, order number and details, where we will happily assist you immediately. Incorrect orders must be flagged within 14 days of your parcel arriving.
