Good food is synonymous to our brand. Nothing is more rewarding than a Friday night dinner or Sunday morning coffee. Food/restaurants are the engine for creativity and the canvas for our designs.
We’re big believers that Sydney's food scene is criminally underrated. While all these places stand out for us there’s a variety of places that we left off this list.
While having a list of proven places is always good, we strongly encourage exploration, for an authentic and exciting eating experience.
Here are some of our favourite restaurants and cafes that we eat and enjoy the most.

CAFE'S
CHARLOTTE CAFE - 127 Rowntree St, Birchgrove
A small neighbourhood cafe nestled in the streets of Birchgrove. One of our favourites for a morning coffee, in the perfect location to start your day.
PARAMOUNT COFFEE PROJECT - 80 Commonwealth St, Surry Hills
A Sydney essential. Large cafe space downstairs with great food and coffee. MUST visit the rooftop cafe for a large, moody and generally quiet space. A perfect study location and one that is sure to impress.
CHINATOWN COUNTRY CLUB - 222 Clarence St, Sydney
Vibey cafe/clothing store in the middle of the city. Clean, light fit out, perfect location for a quick study session or relaxing morning/afternoon. Clothing store is also a must visit with it's unique pieces.
EDITION ROASTERS - 60 Darling Dr, Haymarket
Clean, dark space with one of our favourite coffees in Sydney. The Japanese inspired menu is delicious, with unique interpretations on various classics. One of our favourite coffee shop vibes in Sydney.
DAILY GREENS - 2-16 Glenmore Road, Paddington
Paddinton as a suburb is a gem in itself. A beautiful leafy suburb filled with terrace houses as far as the eye can see. While there are multiple cafes to choose from, Daily Greens takes the cake for us with its bright courtyard space and delicious healthy food.
GLEBE MARKETS - Glebe Point Rd &, Derby Pl, Glebe
Glebe Markets on a Saturday morning is THE place to be. The whole area lights up, with the markets bringing in a variety of small food venus and stores. A great variety of food options combined with a plethora of local Glebe cafes means you won’t be missing out. Definitely worth going to witness the pumping vibe and great atmosphere.
CAFE CRE ASION - 101/21 Alberta St, Sydney
A tucked away cafe in the backstreets of the city. Cafe Cre Asion is a personal favourite of ours and a frequent appearance in many of our photoshoots due to the clean, quiet location. A beautiful clean, concrete space accompanied with amazing coffee and a MUST TRY matcha latte.
Lunch & Dinner:
ALBERTO’S LOUNGE - 17-19 Alberta St, Sydney
A small tucked away Italian restaurant on the outskirts of the city. The space is intimate and warm with its charming 70s aesthetic. As always the burrata and the pastas are a must. The perfect late night dinner location.
CHO CHO SAN - 73 Macleay St, Potts Point
Perfect moody atmosphere to complement the delicious food. A personal favourite of ours that never fails to feel like a special occasion. Ranges from a white bright space during the day to a dim moody setting at night. Both perfectly accompany the modern take on Japanese cuisine.
CHIN CHIN - 69 Commonwealth St, Surry Hills
Huge vibey space with a range of rooms and seating arrangements. The decor is on point. Bright, vibrant and modern, with food that matches the scenery. Definitely somewhere that never disappoints.
TOTTIS ROZELLE - 197 Evans St, Rozelle
A huge space ranging from a courtyard lit dining room to a dim, moody cocktail bar. The bread is a MUST with whatever antipasti suits your needs. Constantly changing specials with the tiramisu being an essential to finish it off. The food is always top notch and perfectly satisfying. Definitely a Sydney ESSENTIAL.
BILLS BONDI - 79 Hall St, Bondi Beach
Modern, classic setting with a must have ricotta hotcakes and sweet corn fritters. The perfect Saturday morning breakfast right next to Bondi Beach.
SPICE ALLEY - Kensington St, Chippendale
A buzzing outdoor street-food market with various choices of Asian food. A range of seating options with cheap and delicious Asian staples. Blossom Bar is a must check out for the amazing atmosphere at night.
NO 92 - 92 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe
Stunning wine bar on Glebe Point Road. The atmosphere is on point, with its renovated terrace setting, touched up to perfection. Extensive drinks list with our favourite cocktails in Sydney. The food here is divine, with an ever-changing menu that continues bringing delicious and unique flavours. NOTE: Courtyard space in Summer is THE spot.
CIVICO 47 - 47 Windsor St, Paddington
This tucked away terrace house in the streets of Paddington is home to one of our favourite restaurant for a special occasion. The fresh focaccia, burrata, and fresh carpaccio are must haves to begin with. Followed by your choice of fresh and unique pasta. Vibes are on point, with it's elegant, stone floor fit out. Great date night location.
BELLE’S CHICKEN - 1 Dalgal Wy, Forest Lodge
Belles Chicken is always a go to spot. Great food and generous portions is always a win. Tramsheds location is our fav.
MR WONG - 3 Bridge Ln, Sydney
Large but intimate space with an always pumping ambience. Great for a special occasion and best when celebrated with friends. A broad range of Chinese dishes with every dish being on point. Very much a Sydney necessity.
PELLEGRINO 2000 - 80 Campbell St, Surry Hills
Another one of our favourite Italian restaurants in Sydney. Small, charming upstairs area with a buzzing downstairs space. Must have various antipasti, with the delicious pastas. Great dinner location to unwind with a glass of wine.
